We want your customer experience with APlaceInTheGarden to be a good one and we take customer service seriously. This is why we will always protect your statutory rights in addition to the following standard business terms:
Price & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.
Refunds, Returns or Cancellation Policy
We fully comply with the OFT Guidelines on refunds and 'distance selling'. As such we offer you a full refund of the purchase price of any 'stock' goods that you buy through our website if you return them to us (postage paid) within 30 days of our original despatch to you. Stock goods are those that we normally carry in stock and exclude all items specially ordered in to your special order.
Where items have been specially ordered or made to suit your individual order we will always do our best to ensure that you are satisfied, but rest assured that we will always work hard to fully comply with all current consumer legislation to protect your rights in law.
Shipping Policy
Our zinc planters and decorative objects are all carefully checked prior to despatch and we take great care in ensuring that delivery to you ensures you get your order both promptly and smoothly. Please allow up to 5 days for us to package 'in-stock' orders and despatch them via a secure delivery service.
We only use reliable delivery companies and most orders are shipped via either CityLink, Royal Mail or another specialist courier to meet you own special requirements.
If for any reason we can't meet the despatch requirements that we've agreed with you, we will contact you to find a solution that is mutually agreeable.
For any updates on despatch of your order your first port of call is to log in to your account on our website and check out the status of your order. Wherever possible we will provide you with a direct link to our delivery companies tracking system, but if ever in any doubt please contact us directly for an update.
Please note that our products are solely supplied for delivery to UK addresses. If you have an export requirement to any other country than the UK, please contact us.

We take pride in ensuring that all our customers can expect a response to email and telephone enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.
